About Me

Hi, I’m Rebeka, an Italian and German teacher living in Florence, Tuscany.

I call myself a Language Nomad because for me, languages are a path to freedom — the freedom to connect, to belong, and to feel at home anywhere.

Over the last 10 years I’ve lived in several countries, studied and learned multiple languages, and discovered how powerful language learning can be. This experience shaped my teaching: simple, supportive, and focused on real progress.

I help motivated adults learn Italian or German through personalised private lessons that build confidence step by step. My goal is to guide you on your language journey so you can express yourself freely and enjoy every moment of learning.

During my years of exploring new cultures and studying foreign languages, I realised that helping others learn a language is not just my profession — it’s my passion.
I have taught children, teenagers, and adults, worked with language schools and private clients, and supported people who wanted to change their lives through the
power of communication. These experiences showed me that language learning is not only a skill — it’s a path to confidence, connection, and personal freedom.

In our fast-changing, global world, many of us live on the move — physically or emotionally. We relocate, travel, start new chapters, or simply want to feel more at home in the place where we live.

Through my 1:1 Italian and German lessons, I help you build a solid foundation, gain confidence, and learn in a way that fits your lifestyle. Step by step, we create your personal learning path — one that leads to real progress and long-term freedom.

Some extra info about me

For the past ten years, I’ve lived in several countries — Hungary, Germany, Israel, and now Italy — learning languages like Hebrew, German, Italian and Frnech along the way. My academic path took me from universities in Hungary and Germany to the University of Haifa, and today I am completing my doctoral research at the University of Mainz. All these experiences shaped the way I teach and how I see the world: as a place connected through languages.
